We had a great with Iris learning our first Spanish skills.
The school is in beautiful El Cotillo and located super central. My girlfriend and I did an Intensive Spanish for two weeks via “Bildungsurlaub”. Iris is a super competent and sympathetic teacher. The classes were always fun and exciting and we learned more than we could have wished for. Not only about the language but also about the local culture. We looked forward to the classes every day.

I did two, two-hour, beginner Spanish classes each week for five weeks with Iris. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable each lesson despite the difficulties of learning a new language. She was extremely patient and adapted the content to my learning ability. The school itself is lovely and has a nice atmosphere. We also met the other teacher, Rebecca, who was very friendly.

Consiglio questa scuola di lingue a chiunque voglia imparare lo spagnolo o l’inglese in modo efficace e divertente. Iris e Rebeca sono due insegnanti meravigliose. Oltre a essere preparate, disponibili e pazienti, riescono a trasmettere a tutti la loro incredibile passione per le lingue e per l’insegnamento. Super fun and helpful spanish lessons:)

I had the chance to take private spanish lessons with Iris while I have been on Fuerteventura for 3 months. My goal was to refresh my knowledge of Spanish and to practice my speaking. The lessons were structured by a textbook and besides that, we also worked on varied exercises and had conversations in Spanish. The lessons were always a lot of fun, and sometimes it even felt as if I was studying with a friend. I definitely progressed a lot.

I strongly recommend Glaucus languages school.

I have studied Spanish for a few Months with both Iris and Rebeca, and I am getting closer and closer to become fluent. They are very professional and highly experienced in teaching Spanish to foreigners. This makes them greatly aware about whether any aspect of the language will be easy or difficult for me based on my native language, so we can focus on the most relevant parts and progress fast.

Classes are practical and interactive, introducing the necessary theory in an enjoyable and digestible way.
